We have one of the most sophisticated gentle-cup tomato handling systems in the world.  It delicately and accurately sizes, weighs, colour-sorts, grades, washes and packages at high speeds.  As a result, spoilage is reduced and shelf life is lengthened.  We also have the equipment and experienced labour to sort and package a wide variety of products.  Our Dominion Farms facility houses state-of-the-art equipment for sorting and grading carrots, onions, parsnips, beets, and turnips.  Our concerns are not only with optimizing the value of the produce but also with ensuring food safety and security.  More on sorting and grading here.
