Dominion Citrus Hires New Vice-President, Finance

Jacques L. Lavergne, President of Dominion Citrus Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary M. Dephoure to the position of Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Dephoure is joining Dominion Citrus with extensive experience with a major Canadian food retailer in corporate strategic and financial planning and change management processes. He will be responsible for all financial functions within the company, in conjunction with a specific mandate to grow and diversify the business through accretive business acquisitions and partnerships.

Mr. Dephoure holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, earned his MBA from The Ivey School of Business in 1988, and has completed The Canadian Securities Course.

Dominion Citrus Limited is one of Ontario's largest fresh wholesale produce distributors and food processors, with annual sales in excess of $100M. Headquartered in Toronto, the company recently completed a secondary offering of its shares, which trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "DMN."
