Company announces a new subsidiary called Dominion Fine Foods Inc., and the acquisition of the worldwide rights to the "Catanti" trademarks from Catanti International Foods Inc.

Dominion Citrus Limited (TSX: DMN) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Dominion Fine Foods Inc., has acquired the worldwide rights to the trademark "Catanti", and all associated word and design trademarks, from Catanti International Foods Inc., a private Ontario corporation.

Dominion Fine Foods Inc. will be importing a unique range of food products, including olive oil, olives and pasta, from Spain, Italy and other Mediterranean countries for distribution in the North American marketplace under the brands "Catanti" and "Catanti Fine Foods".
