Scarpro Distribution Centre
In Oshawa, the Scarpro Distribution Centre is a 110,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility with cold storage, packing and banana ripening. It has approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of leading edge cold storage and fifteen modern banana ripening rooms, as well as fifteen loading docks with huge refrigerated cross docking areas.
Banana Ripening Rooms
The Banana Ripening Room can hold 20 pallets each, for a total of 300 pallets.
Cold Storage
The Cold Storage Rooms are 30 feet high, with a triple stack gravity racking system.
The Cold Storage Rooms, as well as the Shipping and Receiving areas, all have white food safety paneling throughout.
